Our majical machines are basically a 3D printing process that uses your 3D file as the command data.

The Stereolithography (SLA) process uses a vat of Ultra-Violet (UV) curable epoxy resin. Which is sent to this machine a UV laser draws the shape of the toy on the surface of the resin solid only the part being drawn.  When the toy is complete the platform rises and any supports removed.  The toy then must be placed in a light box, kind o like a tanning bed to be comp cured.  This process is great for all sorts of toys but the material is somewhat brittle and if you want a durable toy a mold would be made and a different material used for the final toy.
